Our seafood is flown in from Florida every week. The list includes Grouper, Snapper, Yellow fin tuna, Flounder, Golden tile, Pompano, Atlantic Salmon, Cusk, Toro, Mahi Mahi, Cobia, Wahoo or Ono, Sea Bass, Amberjack, fresh gulf shrimp, oysters, clams, blue crab and soft-shell crabs (when available) and many other gulf water fish.

Whole boneless stuffed pig: includes 5 duck ducks, 12 chickens, and a turkey stuffed inside of a boneless pig with a choice of stuffing to include jambalaya, crawfish Creole & wild rice or Cajun cornbread. BE HUNGRY! The smallest pig will feed 30 people. Call for prices and scheduling an event. This is definitely a crowd pleaser! Everyone who has ordered this has come back for another one. Stuffed Chicken Breast

A boneless chicken breast that is tenderized, stuffed with one of our custom made recipes, and lightly breaded. Cooking instructions are included.

Choice of stuffing include the following:

5 Cheese: provolone, American, Pepper Jack, Muenster, and parmesan cheeses
Cordon Blue: smoked ham & Swiss cheese
Italian: mozzarella & provolone cheeses, spinach, cream of mushroom, basil, oregano, and garlic
Maxwell: a mixture of cream cheese & crabmeat
Supreme: a combination of the Italian & the Maxwell
Cajun: a crawfish Creole & wild rice stuffing

A choice of beef, chicken or shrimp that is seasoned with one of the following:

Cajun, southwest, mesquite, garlic, Italian style, teriyaki, lemon pepper, or Pirate’s Gold™ marinades. These are seasoned and ready for the grill!
