At Bennett’s Market, we pride ourselves on the quality, diversity and the quantity of the salads that we offer. Each day there will be dozens of gourmet salads available. Zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, cucumbers, purple onions, and bell peppers in fat free sweet vinaigrette.

Italian Tomatoes

Vine tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, scallions and purple onions in an Italian dressing.

New Orleans Potato Salad

Diced new potatoes with the skin on, Creole spices and a touch of Creole mustard give this salad a little kick.

Broccoli Salad

Fresh broccoli florets, vine tomatoes, purple onion, grated cheddar cheese, and bacon in a sweet dressing.

Artichoke & Tomato Salad

Quartered artichoke hearts and vine tomatoes in a apple cider vinaigrette dressing.

Old Fashioned Chicken Salad

Fresh baked chicken diced small with mayo, pickle relish, celery, onions, boiled eggs, salt, pepper, and Woody’s seasonings for that down home flavor!

Roma Tomato Salad

Sliced Roma tomatoes mixed with extra virgin olive oil, feta cheese, black olives, purple onion, salt & pepper.

Fresh Fruit Salad

Seasonal fresh fruit that includes strawberries, pineapples, honeydew, cantaloupe, seedless red grapes, oranges, berries, and fresh mint.

Greek Pasta Salad

Bow tie pasta, red and green bell peppers, black olives, purple onions, feta cheese in a Greek dressing.

Chipotle Chicken Pasta Salad

Tri color pasta, chipotle peppers, mayo, diced grilled chicken, cilantro, and garlic for a southwest flavor.

Each of the main course salad selections includes fresh bread, dressing, and a cookie. These also include utensils, napkins and a mint.

3 Salad Special

For a “fresh from the garden” lunch, choose any 2 vegetarian salads and 1 salad with meat from the Gourmet Salads menu.

Grilled Garden Vegetable Salad

Grilled Steak Fajita Salad

Our tender aged beef that has been grilled over a wood fire with marinated peppers & onions. This salad is served over a bed of mixed greens with cheddar cheese, sour cream and tomatoes.

Roulade Salad

Chilled medallions of stuffed chicken breast served atop a bed of mixed greens with fresh fruit and pine nuts.

Soup of the day

Our soup can be added to any lunch order. Soup is delivered in an insulated container and includes crackers and necessary paper products for 2 dollars extra. Call for daily specials.

Orders placed on the day of the event will be charged an additional 1.00 per person.
Additional menu items are available upon request.
Orders of 10 or less are limited to the same menu.
Cancellation policy: orders cancelled on day of the event will be charged 50% of invoice total.
