and a New York Cheddar with a center piece of "Charlie Cheese". |

Vegetable Display
Consisted of red & green bell peppers, sliced baby carrots,
kalamata olives, mini gherkins, baby corn, cucumber, and
broccoli with a Ranch dip inside of a red bell pepper.

Bruschetta topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and a tomato &
basil salsa. |

Fruit Palm
Decorated with fresh pineapples, strawberries, seedless red
grapes, and jumbo marshmallows the tree is completely edible,
except for the banana leaves of course! At the base on a "beach"
of brown sugar are Banana Dolphins with fresh blueberry balls,
and fruit dip in a melon bowl. |

| Bacon wrapped
blackened chicken bites grilled over a wood fire and served with
a pineapple bourbon sauce in a bell pepper bowl. Smoked Sausage
and Gourmet Cheese tray. Smoked Turkey Pinwheels garnished with
Kalamata olives and green olives on a frilled toothpick. Mini
Twice Baked Potatoes. Spinach Crab Dip in a French Bread Bowl,
served with an assortment of crackers. |
