Instant Pot Cooking 101: Fall Edition

Whether you still haven’t taken your Instant Pot multi-cooker out of the box, or you’re an Instant Pot fan looking to learn some new techniques, this class is for you! Local cookbook author Jessica Harlan will demonstrate four autumn-worthy recipes using the Instant Pot. Along the way you can pick up new culinary techniques and ask specific questions about cooking with the Instant Pot. The food samples will be paired with delicious wines hand-chosen by Bennett’s wine expert, Victoria Trestrail.

· Maple Glazed Carrots
· Red Wine Poached Pears with flavored whipped cream
Jessica Harlan is a food writer, cookbook author, and cooking instructor. She has taught at Cooks Warehouse, the Grant Park Farmers Market, local elementary schools, and currently runs a private and semiprivate learn-to-cook series specifically geared to homeschool students. Jessica's eight cookbooks include Ramen to the Rescue, Homemade Condiments, The 5-Ingredient Vegetarian Pressure Cooker Cookbook and Mason Jar Lunches.
